Whistlesystem Pipeline Classic
I have clarified the classic pipeline and buying/selling process for Whistlesystem:
1. Contact HR first
HR should be responsible for the whistleblower system as it relates to employees reporting serious violations or misconduct within the company.
Second choice: Contact Finance — you can also sell them an offer if they already have a whistleblower system in place.
Third choice: Contact the CEO. This is typically the hardest person to reach.
2. Focus 50% on callbacks
The gold is in the callbacks. They already know you're in a process with them. Some advise 8–12 touchpoints per lead before booking a meeting, but realistically 4–6 touchpoints are usually enough to secure a 15-minute demo meeting.
3. Sell them a demo meeting — only 15 minutes
- Send them to the demo page or book a live demo.
- Demos can be done in English or Danish with me.
- In other languages, you can do the demo yourself.
I have a complete demo meeting script and can guide you through it. I’m also happy to participate in demo calls as support.
4. Free trial
Give them access to Whistlesystem so they can try it out.
Just send me their names and emails, and I will set up a Whistlesystem trial for them.
5. Send them an official offer
The offer is available on the onboarding page:
6. Management presentation for the client
Often, HR or the whistleblower project lead must present this to management. We have already prepared a management presentation they can use. This saves them significant time and effort.
7. Order page
Once they decide, they can order Whistlesystem here:
Here they agree to the Service License Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement — standard documents in the industry.
8. Implementation meeting
Once they order, we schedule a short implementation meeting to set up their preferred settings. This typically takes just 7 minutes.
No IT involvement is required. Everything runs in the cloud.
They simply need to share their reporting link on their intranet, internet, shared drive, or via QR codes (which we provide), and communicate this to employees.
We provide a complete communication package for employees, including:
- Email template
- A4 flyers with company name and logo
- Video
- PowerPoint presentations with company name and logo
Everything is included in the price.
All companies in the EU with more than 50 employees must have a whistleblower system in place by law since 2023. Compliance is low in Southern Europe, while companies in Northern Europe tend to be more compliant.
It’s similar to GDPR in some ways — it often takes time before companies realize the importance of compliance. There are possible fines for those who fail to comply.
1.1 Companies can get €100,000 fines in Spain
Spanish companies have mostly ignored this compliance law so far. Since 1 September 2025, a new government organization will monitor, control, and issue fines for non-compliance.
Autoridad Independiente de Protección del Informante (AIPI), sometimes referred to as A.A.I. in English (“Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection”).
There is a deadline on 1 November 2025 — companies must notify AIPI about the appointment or dismissal of the person(s) responsible for their internal whistleblower reporting channel.
We expect a boom in companies implementing WhistleSystem within the next 6–9 months due to the new AIPI oversight and compliance deadlines.

We have sent emails to over 100,000 C-suite executives in EU-based SMBs. From this campaign, we have generated 30,000 warm leads — executives who opened multiple emails or clicked on the demo page link.
IMPORTANT! - Claim and take ownership of your leads It's important that you claim your leads in the Google sheet that I will send to you and update the sheet with your name in the owner column. When you have contacted the leads, you must update this sheet with information about:
- Date of contact
- Do they have a whistleblower system in place
- What is the next step
You must write your name in the owner column if you have contacted or will contact the lead within 24 hours. So you can only claim 50-80 leads at the time. Thank you for your understanding and respect this lead-sharing system that will give a better follow-up rate for the available warm leads. We will do analysis of the Lead Google sheet on a weekly basis.
📧 See Email SamplesThe whistleblower system is a legal obligation for all companies with more than 50 employees in EU.
BUT no one wants to take responsibility for the whistleblower project in the organisation.
In EU SMBs, responsibility for the whistleblower channel (Internal Reporting System) typically falls within:
- HR
- Finance
- The CEO
This depends on organisational size and structure.
Therefore, it is recommended to contact HR first, then Finance, and finally the CEO.
If you contact Finance, you can also mention that we provide a cheaper compliant solution compared with their current whistleblower system.
You will receive warm leads in a shared Google Sheet. Update it regularly with the lead status.
You’ll get call scripts (or freestyle if you prefer). Suggested actions:
- Book a meeting/demo with Jens Belner (in English or Danish)
- Direct them to the Demo Page (top menu)
- Send them an offer (proposal available in documents)
- Offer a free 30-day trial
- Connect with them on LinkedIn
- Do demo meetings in local language when ready
We have a call script (make a copy for yourself). It can be effective to treat the outreach like a survey to engage executives naturally.
📞 View Call ScriptExpected results:
50 calls/day typically result in:
- 4–6 C-suite conversations
- 2–3 booked demos/day
- 1–2 attended demos
- 1 new trial every 2–3 days
- 1 new customer per week (with follow-up)
~200–250 calls ≈ 1 new subscription
For this role, you must have a mobile phone subscription that allows calls within your target country. Options include:
- Local country number
- “Roam Like at Home” (RLAH) within EU/EEA
- International mobile plan

🎯 GOAL
You already know the company name — now you want to find the right people inside (like the HR Manager, CFO, or CEO).
🧩 1. Start with a LinkedIn Boolean Search (Free)
Where: Regular LinkedIn search bar (no need for Sales Navigator)
How:
- Go to linkedin.com
- In the search bar, type an example like:
(HR OR "Human Resources" OR CFO OR CEO) AND "Company Name"
Example:
(HR OR "Human Resources Manager" OR CFO OR CEO) AND "Novo Nordisk"
Hit Enter → Click People on top → use Location filter (e.g., Europe, Denmark, Spain).
- ✅ Tip: Add quotes around multi-word titles (“Human Resources Manager”).
- ✅ Goal: Find their name, title, and LinkedIn profile URL.
💎 2. Use Apollo.io (Free Plan with 120 Credits)
Where: apollo.io
How:
- Create a free account.
- Go to the People search tab.
- Type Company Name and Title (e.g., HR, CFO, CEO).
Apollo shows verified people + company info. Unlock 120 contacts/month free (includes emails and phones).
✅ Goal: Export verified emails or copy directly for outreach.
🌟 3. Use Lusha (40 Free Credits/Month)
Where: lusha.com
How:
- Create a free account.
- Use the Lusha Chrome Extension → open a LinkedIn profile to reveal contact info.
You get 40 free credits/month to unlock emails or phone numbers.
✅ Goal: Verify and enrich LinkedIn leads with contact data.
🧠 4. Use ChatGPT (Your Research Assistant)
How:
Find the key decision-makers (HR, CFO, CEO) in [Company Name] based in [Country].
ChatGPT can’t access private LinkedIn data, but it can:
- Suggest relevant job titles
- Help you write Boolean search strings
- Suggest outreach message structures
- Explain company structures
✅ Goal: Save time building search strings or email templates.
🤖 5. Use Grok (X / Twitter AI)
Where: X (Twitter) → @grok chat or search with X Premium.
Ask:
Show me key people working at [Company Name] like HR or CFO.
It searches public posts and bios — useful for companies active on X.
✅ Goal: Identify visible leaders or active company people.
🔮 6. Use Gemini (Google AI)
Where: gemini.google.com
Ask:
Who are the main HR, CFO, or CEO-level people at [Company Name] in [Country]?
Gemini searches Google’s index (websites, press releases, public filings).
✅ Goal: Get official names from open web sources.
🦙 7. Use LLaMA (Meta AI)
Where: Meta AI (via Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram)
Ask:
Find people working at [Company Name] with titles like HR, CFO, or CEO.
LLaMA-based chatbots summarize public data from websites and news.
✅ Goal: Quick overview of company leadership.

Keep Communication Tight
— Win More Deals
Small gaps create big losses. Tight feedback loops create momentum.
Weekly Rhythm
- WhatsApp updates: Post quick progress notes daily or every other day (dials, connects, demos booked, issues).
- Short catch-ups: Book a 10–15 minute sync every week (or every second week) to clear blockers fast.
- Agenda first: Share 3 bullets on WhatsApp before the catch-up: Wins, Blockers, Next actions.
- Debrief demos: 3 lines after each demo: outcome, objection, next step.
Numbers & Mindset
I’ve closed 500+ customers and made 20,000+ cold calls. I’ve been where you are. This is a numbers game: the more calls you make, the higher the probability of demos → trials → sales.
- Track: Dials, connects, booked, attended, trials, wins.
- Sharpen: One objection at a time until it’s easy.
- Tight loop: Ask when stuck—don’t wait for the next meeting.
