Safe & Anonymous Whistleblower Reporting for Any Company in Europe
Report suspected misconduct in any EU-based company with more than 50 employees – safely, confidentially, and anonymously if you choose. EU Whistleblower TrustLine forwards qualifying reports directly to company management without ever sharing your identity.
No legal implications for the company simply by receiving a whistleblower report. EUcompliance.support never shares your report with third parties – only with the company concerned and only when legally aligned with the whistleblower framework.
How EU Whistleblower TrustLine Works
EU Whistleblower TrustLine is operated by EUcompliance.support and is aligned with the EU Whistleblower Directive (2019/1937). Our process is designed to protect you while giving companies a fair chance to investigate and address potential issues internally.
1 You submit a report
You describe the issue, provide any supporting documents, and decide whether to remain anonymous or to share your identity with the TrustLine compliance team. You can also choose whether you wish to receive follow-up feedback.
2 We assess the report
Our compliance officers review your report and assess whether it falls within the scope of the EU whistleblower framework and relevant national laws. The company that you are reporting about must have more than 50 employees.
3 We forward qualifying reports to the company
If the report is within the whistleblower framework, EUcompliance.support securely forwards it to the management (or designated compliance contact) of the company the report concerns.
4 No legal implications for receiving a report
For the company, simply receiving a whistleblower report via TrustLine does not create legal liability. It is an opportunity to review, investigate and correct potential issues.
5 Confidentiality and anonymity are preserved
If you choose to remain anonymous, your identity is not shared with the company. EUcompliance.support does not share your report with anyone else beyond the relevant company management.
EU Whistleblower TrustLine is a confidential, forward-only channel. We:
- Forward qualifying reports to the company concerned
- Do not share your report with authorities or other third parties
- Protect your identity if you choose anonymity
- Store information securely and in line with EU requirements
Why Use EU Whistleblower TrustLine?
TrustLine provides a safe, neutral, and structured way to report possible misconduct. It protects both the whistleblower and the organisation by ensuring that concerns are handled in a professional and compliant way.
Full anonymity – if you want it
You decide whether to share your identity or stay completely anonymous. If you remain anonymous, the company will not receive any personal information about you from TrustLine.
Independent third-party channel
Many whistleblowers feel safer using an independent channel rather than reporting internally. TrustLine is operated externally by EUcompliance.support to support neutrality and trust.
Optional feedback and follow-up
You can choose to receive feedback or follow-up questions from our team via a secure, anonymous communication channel – even if you do not disclose your identity.
EU-wide coverage
You can use EU Whistleblower TrustLine to report concerns about any company operating within the European Union, regardless of its size or sector.
Compliance built in
The process is designed in line with the EU Whistleblower Directive and best practice for whistleblower management, confidentiality and data protection.
Clear, structured handling
Reports are assessed against the whistleblower framework. When appropriate, they are forwarded in a structured way to the relevant management team, helping organisations respond effectively.
