Scope of Service

EUCompliance.support provides an external whistleblower compliance service, including:

  • A company-specific whistleblowing reporting channel

  • External receipt and screening of reports

  • Classification of reports as legally relevant or irrelevant

  • Notification of relevant reports to the Customer

  • Compliance documentation related to the service

The service is designed to support compliance with the EU Whistleblower Directive and applicable national legislation.


Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

  • Customer: The company purchasing and using the service

  • Report: Any submission made through the whistleblowing reporting channel

  • Relevant Report: A report classified as legally relevant under whistleblower legislation

  • Irrelevant Report: A report that does not fall under whistleblower legislation


Pricing Model

The service is provided under a prepaid or fixed-price model, depending on the package selected.

  • Charges apply only to Relevant Reports

  • Irrelevant Reports do not incur any cost

  • Prices are stated exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated


System Tests

A system test is any report submitted by the Customer, or on behalf of the Customer, for the purpose of testing the reporting channel.

Standard / credit-based packages
A system test is treated as a Relevant Report and consumes one report credit.

Unlimited reporting packages
One (1) system test per year is included at no additional cost.
Any additional system tests initiated by the Customer are treated as Relevant Reports and may be charged according to the applicable price list.


Report Handling

  • All reports are received and screened externally

  • Screening may include AI-assisted analysis and human validation

  • Only reports classified as Relevant Reports are shared with the Customer

  • The Customer is responsible for any internal actions taken based on received reports


Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Providing correct company and contact information

  • Communicating the existence of the whistleblowing channel to employees and relevant parties where required

  • Using the service in accordance with applicable laws


Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) entered into between the parties.

The Customer acts as Data Controller and EUCompliance.support acts as Data Processor.


Limitation of Liability

EUCompliance.support is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the service during the preceding twelve (12) months.


Term and Validity

  • Prepaid credits are valid for the period specified at purchase

  • Unused credits are non-refundable

  • Unlimited packages are valid only for the stated term


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law, unless mandatory local law applies.


Acceptance

By purchasing or using the service, the Customer confirms acceptance of:

  • These Terms & Conditions

  • The Service Agreement

  • The Data Processing Agreement
