How the funnel works
- Outbound: We send cold emails to C-suite executives and SMBs.
- Interest: They click on the demo page. Find the demo page in the top menu
- Warm lead handoff: You will get leads that already visited the demo page — reference this when you call.
Your task with warm leads
- Call and ask if they already have a whistleblower system in place.
- If they don’t: present our plug-and-play offer.
- If they do: explain we have a cheaper offer compared with what they pay today.
- Either way, we have a strong offer for them.
You: “Hi, I noticed that you visited our demo page and might be interested in the whistleblower law and system. Do you currently have a whistleblower system in place?”
If No: “Great — Whistlesystem is plug-and-play, highly secure, and only €34/month for the entire company.”
If Yes: “That’s great. Many of our clients switched to us because we’re significantly cheaper than other providers. Would you like a quick comparison?”

All companies in the EU with more than 50 employees must have a whistleblower system in place by law since 2023. Compliance is low in Southern Europe, while companies in Northern Europe tend to be more compliant.
It’s similar to GDPR in some ways — it often takes time before companies realize the importance of compliance. There are possible fines for those who fail to comply.
1.1 Companies can get €100,000 fines in Spain
Spanish companies have mostly ignored this compliance law so far. Since 1 September 2025, a new government organization will monitor, control, and issue fines for non-compliance.
Autoridad Independiente de Protección del Informante (AIPI), sometimes referred to as A.A.I. in English (“Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection”).
There is a deadline on 1 November 2025 — companies must notify AIPI about the appointment or dismissal of the person(s) responsible for their internal whistleblower reporting channel.
We expect a boom in companies implementing WhistleSystem within the next 6–9 months due to the new AIPI oversight and compliance deadlines.

You will receive a Google Sheet with all warm leads including:
- Phone number and email
- Contact name and title
- LinkedIn link and company name
You must update the sheet with the lead status (have system / don’t have system). Email templates are available upon onboarding.
You will receive warm leads in a shared Google Sheet. Update it regularly with the lead status.
You’ll get call scripts (or freestyle if you prefer). Suggested actions:
- Book a meeting/demo with Jens Belner (in English or Danish)
- Direct them to the Demo Page (top menu)
- Send them an offer (proposal available in documents)
- Offer a free 30-day trial
- Connect with them on LinkedIn
- Do demo meetings in local language when ready
Expected results:
50 calls/day typically result in:
- 4–6 C-suite conversations
- 2–3 booked demos/day
- 1–2 attended demos
- 1 new trial every 2–3 days
- 1 new customer per week (with follow-up)

For this role, you must have a mobile phone subscription that allows calls within your target country. Options include:
- Local country number
- “Roam Like at Home” (RLAH) within EU/EEA
- International mobile plan

Everything you need will be provided at onboarding
— including training books, audiobooks, email templates, call scripts, Lead gen Linkedin posts and unlimited support.
This is initially a commission-based role. Once you reach €2,000 in commission, we’ll convert 50–75% into a base salary.
- €30 per booked demo (qualified appointment) with Jens Belner
- €100 per new Whistlesystem subscriber from your leads
- €200 start bonus after your first 3 subscriptions
- €160 for live demo + implementation in local language. Taking care of the entire sales process
- €2000 for 10 sales in 30 days challenge.
Commission is paid weekly via your preferred payment method (bank, PayPal, Revolut, etc.).
This is a contractor position. You are responsible for handling your own tax payments.
8.1 Spanish Autónomo Threshold
If your income is below the Spanish Minimum Interprofessional Wage (SMI) — €1,134/month in 2025 — and your activity is occasional, you might not need to register as autónomo.
