Parties

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

  • EUCompliance.support (“Provider”)

  • The purchasing company (“Customer”)

This Agreement governs the use of the whistleblower compliance service provided by EUCompliance.support.


Scope of Service

EUCompliance.support provides an external whistleblower compliance service, which includes:

  • A company-specific whistleblowing reporting channel

  • External receipt and initial handling of reports

  • Screening and classification of reports

  • Notification of legally relevant reports to the Customer

  • Compliance-related documentation connected to the service

The service supports the Customer’s compliance obligations under the EU Whistleblower Directive and applicable national legislation.


External Handling and Screening

All reports submitted through the reporting channel are handled externally by EUCompliance.support.

Screening may include:

  • AI-assisted assessment

  • Human validation when required

Only reports classified as legally relevant are shared with the Customer.


Customer Responsibilities

The Customer remains responsible for:

  • Internal decision-making and actions following receipt of a relevant report

  • Ensuring appropriate internal follow-up in accordance with applicable law

  • Communicating the availability of the whistleblowing channel where required

EUCompliance.support does not provide legal advice.


Pricing and Packages

The service is provided under a prepaid, fixed-price, or unlimited reporting model, depending on the package selected by the Customer.

  • Charges apply only to reports classified as legally relevant

  • Irrelevant reports do not incur any cost

  • Package validity periods are defined at the time of purchase

Term

This Agreement remains in effect:

  • For the validity period of the selected package, or

  • Until all prepaid credits have been used

Unused credits are non-refundable.


Limitation of Liability

EUCompliance.support shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

The total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the service during the preceding twelve (12) months.


Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Danish law, unless mandatory local law applies.


Acceptance

By purchasing or using the service, the Customer accepts this Service Agreement together with the applicable Terms & Conditions and Data Processing Agreement.
